Terms & conditions

Bookings and payments

The fixed event price is $650. To confirm your booking, you pay a $100 deposit through our secure payment system. The remaining $550 balance is due the day of the event. Optional add-ons such as the grill ($50) are charged with the deposit.

House rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Designated outdoor areas are available.
  • Music is allowed respecting sound levels and the 9:00 PM curfew.
  • The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event.
  • Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals.
  • Any damage to furniture, walls or equipment will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.
  • The venue must be returned in similar condition: trash collected and furniture in place.
  • Pyrotechnics, fireworks and unprotected candles are prohibited.
  • Maximum capacity is 25 guests. Exceeding capacity may result in event cancellation.

Hours

Events can be booked from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any extension must be agreed in writing in advance.

Liability

Eventos Cape Coral is not responsible for lost personal items, guest injuries, or damages caused by third parties hired by the client (catering, DJ, etc.).
