Bookings and payments
The Day Pass reservation total is $750. This includes a $650 rental fee and a $100 refundable security deposit. The $100 security deposit may be refunded after the event if there are no major damages to the property, subject to inspection.
House rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Designated outdoor areas are available.
- Music is allowed respecting sound levels and the 9:00 PM curfew.
- The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event.
- Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals.
- Any damage to furniture, walls or equipment will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately.
- The venue must be returned in similar condition: trash collected and furniture in place.
- Pyrotechnics, fireworks and unprotected candles are prohibited.
- Maximum capacity is 25 guests. Exceeding capacity may result in event cancellation.
Hours
Events can be booked from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any extension must be agreed in writing in advance.
Liability
Eventos Cape Coral is not responsible for lost personal items, guest injuries, or damages caused by third parties hired by the client (catering, DJ, etc.).
